The cost of our kits includes free P&P (worldwide).
We will despatch your item in the very next post by First Class Royal Mail for our UK Deliveries and Royal Mail International/Deutsche Post for our International Shipments.
All orders over £40 are sent fully tracked.
Deliveries to mainland UK take 1-2 working days, to Europe and North America between 5-10 working days and the rest of the World (and these can vary considerably), including USA, 7-21 working days.
Deliveries times can take long during busy periods like bank holidays and the Festive Season. If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us on info@downjacketrepair.co.uk.
Returns
We can accept returns within 30 days of receipt if the item is still in new condition – ie unused and with all patches.
We are a very small business and margins are tight so we cannot pay for the postage of returns, please send as a standard letter (patch kits) or larger letter (replacement down kit and “kit-in-a-tin”).
If you would like to exchange your item, postage of the new item will be still be free of charge.
If you would prefer a refund we will process refunds within 7 working days of receiving the item, please do not return items after 30 days as we will not be able to process your refund.

Please include a note with your order number or name, your reason for returning and if you would like an exchange, details of the new item.
