Where can I use my Down Jacket Repair Patches?
Our down jacket repair patches are designed, and perfect, for down jackets and down sleeping bags. They do not work on Gortex or other similarly treated fabrics (eg: treated with Nikwax).
Will the Down Jacket Repair Patches stay on during washing?
When our Patches are applied to down jackets they adhere brilliantly, although we can’t guarantee they will stay on during machine – though they usually do. We have tested our patches on different jackets, which have been washed a number of times, and run through a tumble dryer on medium heat, and have stayed on without shifting. However, if you are unsure, we recommend you use a safety pin to close the hole during machine washing and replace with a new patch if necessary.
We advise you to always follow your Down Jacket’s manufacturer’s washing instructions.
Will the Patches lift?
The oval and circular patches are designed so they shouldn’t lift.
What if I'm not happy with the colour match?
If you are not happy with the colour-match, you are welcome to return it for a full refund or exchange. Please get in touch here for information on how to do this: info@downjacketrepair.co.uk.
Our Service Guarantee states that if you are not entirely happy with your product, it can be replaced, exchanged or returned with a full refund within 3 months. Please let us know and we team will respond to any queries you have.
